“As a leader in player safety, the video game industry is constantly evolving its services, tools and approaches to create spaces that are positive and welcoming for everyone who chooses to play. We support common-sense policies that advance online safety, such as the TAKE IT DOWN Act (S. 4569), which reinforces our long-standing position that using online platforms to harm another person is never acceptable. We appreciate the leadership of Sens. Cruz and Klobuchar and encourage Congress to continue working on this important issue.”
