Career
Gina Vetere has served as ESA’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel since 2019. Prior to joining the ESA, Gina was an attorney at a major DC law firm. There, Gina advised clients on international trade and global policy matters, including in the areas of IP, market access, regulatory trade barriers and digital trade. She also counseled clients on the negotiation, implementation and enforcement of bilateral and multilateral trade agreements.
Earlier in her career, Gina served as the Executive Director for International IP at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Global Intellectual Property Center, where she led industry efforts to promote the protection and enforcement of IP rights overseas. She also held leadership roles at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, where focused on the areas of IP and innovation.
